Ground shipping is free in the continental USA on orders over $200.
For orders under $200, a flat shipping rate of $10 will be applied.
For furniture, specialty items and large art pieces, other rates apply.
Return Policy:
All items must also be unused, unaltered and in original packaging with tags. Within 14 days of your purchase, we are happy to refund your original method of payment. This does not apply to orders invoiced online for pickup; those purchases are subject to our in-store return policy.
IN STORE : A receipt is required for any/all refunds or exchanges. All items must also be unused, unaltered and in original packaging with tags. Within 7 days of your purchase, we are happy to refund your original method of payment. Up to 14 days from the date of purchase, you will receive store credit. After 14 days, it is yours to keep.
ONLINE :
To process a return:
1) E-mail us at [email protected] with your order # and item(s) you would like to return.
2) If your return is approved, you have two options:
-Purchase a prepaid label for $10. For furniture, specialty items and large art pieces, other rates apply.
-Ship via your own method at your own expense. We recommend using a service that is trackable and insured.
3) Once your return is received and verified, we will process it and email you a receipt of your return. Returns must be mailed to us within 5 days of approval or the return will be null & void.
Custom order, plush, undergarments, footwear and clearance (discounted 40% or more) merchandise is always final sale. Final discretion is left up to ivory & birch management team. Please note that our online and in-store policies differ due to transit time.
