Ground shipping is free in the continental USA on orders over $200.
For orders under $200, a flat shipping rate of $10 will be applied.
For furniture, specialty items and large art pieces, other rates apply.
Custom order, undergarments and clearance merchandise (discounted at 40% of more) are always final sale. Final discretion is left up to ivory & birch management team. Please note that our online and in-store policies differ due to transit time. See below for more details.

To process a return:
1) E-mail us at [email protected] with your order # and item(s) you would like to return. Let us know if you’d like a prepaid label ($8) or to ship via your own method.
2) We will respond within 2 business days to let you know if your return is approved. If so, we will send you an RA# and the pre-paid packing label if requested. A $8 fee will be deducted from your refund amount when using our prepaid label. Feel free to ship via your own method as well free of charge; however, we recommend using a service that is trackable and insured.
3) Once your return is received, we will process it and email you a receipt of your return. Returns must be mailed to us within 5 days of approval or the return will be null & void.
