Shipping & Returns
Ground shipping is free in the continental USA on orders over $200.
For orders under $200, a flat shipping rate of $10 will be applied.
For furniture, specialty items and large art pieces, other rates apply.
Return Policy:
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Multiple or excessive returns may be denied at our discretion.
ONLINE ORDERS (Shipped to You)
You may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method.
Orders invoiced online for in-store pickup follow our in-store return policy (see below).
IN-STORE PURCHASES
A receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. Items returned within 7 days will be refunded to the original payment method. Items returned between 8–14 days are eligible for store credit only. After 14 days, all sales are final — no exceptions. Returns are limited to 2 transactions per customer per calendar month. We reserve the right to track return patterns and may flag accounts that abuse the return policy.
Please note that the following categories are final sale : plush, intimates/lingerie, shoes, cologne/personal fragrance, custom orders and clearance (discounted >40%) merchandise.
Final discretion is left up to ivory & birch management team.
To process a return:
1) E-mail us at [email protected] with your order # and item(s) you would like to return.
2) If your return is approved, you have two options:
-Purchase a prepaid label for $10. For furniture, specialty items and large art pieces, other rates apply.
-Ship via your own method at your own expense. We recommend using a service that is trackable and insured.
3) Once your return is received and verified, we will process it and email you a receipt of your return. Returns must be mailed to us within 5 days of approval or the return will be null & void.
Please note that our online and in-store policies differ due to transit time.
As a convenience for our local shoppers, we are happy to process online returns/exchanges in store as well. Feel free to email us with any questions!
